Every mailbox has its own <name>@in.bouncebox.app address. Anything that arrives there lands in your inbox and runs through extraction — auto-forwarding, one-off forwards, and direct mail all work the same.

Forward from Gmail

1

Open forwarding settings

In Gmail, go to Settings → See all settings → Forwarding and POP/IMAP.
2

Add your BounceBox address

Click Add a forwarding address and enter your mailbox address (for example invoices@in.bouncebox.app). Gmail sends a verification email to that address.
3

Confirm from your BounceBox inbox

The verification email arrives in your BounceBox inbox. Open it there to get the confirmation code or link, then finish the confirmation in Gmail.
4

Choose forward a copy

Back in Forwarding and POP/IMAP, select Forward a copy of incoming mail to your mailbox address and save changes.

Forward only matching mail with filters

1

Create a filter

In Gmail, go to Settings → Filters and Blocked Addresses → Create a new filter.
2

Match the mail you want

Fill in From, Subject, Has attachment, or any Gmail search operators — for example from:supplier.com has:attachment.
3

Forward it

Choose Forward it to your mailbox address and click Create filter. Only matching mail reaches BounceBox.

Forward from other providers

Outlook and most other providers support auto-forwarding rules. The idea is the same: create a rule that forwards matching mail to your <name>@in.bouncebox.app address. In Outlook, use Settings → Mail → Rules.

Forward with Zapier

Connect the Zapier integration and drive mail into a mailbox from any app — for example a New Email trigger in Gmail plus the BounceBox Send Email action. Filters live in the Zap’s trigger configuration, so you can route by sender, subject, or labels without touching Gmail settings.

Get results out with Zapier

Delivery works the other way too: results can flow out via the mailbox’s Reply email or Webhook toggles, or through Zapier using the Processed Mail trigger. See Zapier and Webhooks.
Manually forwarding single emails works too — every mailbox address accepts direct mail, and attachments carry through.
