Start a trial

On the Billing page, click Start 14-day trial. Checkout collects a card — the first charge happens on day 14, and cancelling before then costs nothing. Trials run with Pro limits, so you can evaluate everything: both outputs, review queue, custom schemas, SKU matching.

Change plans

Pick a different plan on the Billing page and confirm at checkout. Limits apply immediately: emails per month, mailboxes, outputs, templates, and retention all follow your plan.

Payment details, invoices, cancel

Click Open portal to reach the customer portal, where you can:
  • update payment details,
  • download past invoices,
  • cancel your subscription.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep your plan’s limits until then.

If a payment fails

A failed payment shows a PAYMENT FAILED — processing is paused banner and extraction stops until the issue is resolved. Update your payment method in the portal and processing resumes.
