The Overview is the first screen you see after signing in. It answers three questions at a glance: how much have I used, what’s my account status, and what just came in.

Stat cards

EMAILS THIS MONTH Your usage against the plan limit — 100 emails on Starter, 1,000 on Pro — shown as a progress bar that resets monthly. When you get close to the limit, the card reminds you: Overage is a hard stop — upgrade for more volume. Emails that arrive after the limit is reached are marked LIMIT REACHED; nothing is metered or billed beyond the plan. STATUS Your workspace and subscription state. During the 14-day Pro trial it shows the trial with the days left, and a trial banner offers Choose plan (no card needed to start). After you choose a plan it shows your active plan; if a payment fails, it shows a payment-failed banner and processing is paused until you update your payment details. RETENTION The raw-input retention window is 14 days on Starter and 30 days on Pro and Custom. Stored raw inputs are subject to scheduled expiry; structured extraction results and delivery logs are separate and may remain after raw-input expiry.

The RECENT EMAILS list shows the latest emails across all your mailboxes with their status chips. Click any row to open it in the Inbox.
