When an order email is processed, BounceBox tries to match each line item to a product it knows. The SKU Catalog is that product list — active catalog SKUs are used to match each order line, so lines like “10x WDG-04 widget” come back with the right SKU attached instead of raw text. If your catalog has 200 or fewer active items, the full list is used for matching. Larger catalogs send the 200 items most similar to the email’s text, so keep SKU codes, names, and aliases close to how customers and suppliers write them.
SKU matching works on every plan, including Starter. Imported items are used for matching as soon as you add them.

Add a SKU

Fill in the add-SKU form:

Import in bulk

Import a CSV or XLSX file with the columns:
Rows are upserted by SKU: an existing SKU is updated in place, a new one is created. Re-importing your full catalog is safe.

Correcting matches

Extraction gets you most of the way; your catalog knowledge finishes the job. When an order email has a wrong or missing match, open it in the Inbox and use the SKU MATCHES — OVERRIDE ANYTHING panel: each line shows its matched SKU and a CONF {n}% badge, and Override lets you pick the correct SKU. Overrides apply to that email’s result.
