Processing pauses when your plan allowance is used. Affected emails are marked LIMIT REACHED. Upgrade or resume processing when allowance is available. There are no metered email overages; automatic notification or replay is not promised.

Yes. Workspaces have owner, admin, and member roles. Invite teammates by email from Settings — they join as members.
PDFs and supported images are available on Starter. Spreadsheets (.xlsx, .xls, .csv) require Pro or Custom. Processing depends on file size, provider support and legibility. Scans and handwritten photos are not guaranteed to be readable in full.
Yes — set the mailbox’s delivery mode to REVIEW FIRST and every result waits in the inbox as AWAITING REVIEW until you click Approve & deliver. On order emails you can also override SKU matches line by line before approving.
Stored raw emails and attachments are subject to scheduled expiry after 14 days on Starter or 30 days on Pro and Custom. Structured results and delivery logs are separate and may remain. A raw-input purge action is available in Settings → DATA & RETENTION; it does not delete all structured records or promise instantaneous removal from provider systems. Contact support for other deletion requests.

Every new workspace starts a 14-day Pro trial with every Pro feature — no card needed. Choose Starter or Pro on Billing anytime; checkout adds your card and billing starts when the trial ends (days left carry over). BounceBox emails you 3 days before the trial ends and when it ends. After the trial, mailboxes keep receiving mail but it is held as TRIAL ENDED, not processed — choose a plan and held emails are processed automatically, oldest first, each counting toward your plan’s monthly email limit. In the iPhone app you subscribe on the Billing screen with your Apple ID; Apple’s own 14-day free trial is offered once per Apple ID, so a returning subscriber is charged right away.
Yes — in the mobile app, toggle the Receiving switch on a mailbox. Email still arrives but is not processed until you switch it back on. Deleting a mailbox is permanent and removes its emails.
