The BounceBox mobile app puts the day-to-day work in your pocket: approve extractions on the go, pause a mailbox when a supplier goes quiet, and keep an eye on usage. The app has four tabs. On phones, the tabs sit in a bar at the bottom. On tablets and unfolded foldables (600dp wide and up), the tabs move to a left sidebar so more of the screen stays free for content — the screens themselves are the same.

Get the app

The first time you open the dashboard in a browser on an Android phone, you see a full-screen offer to get the app. Tap Get it on Google Play to open the store listing. Tap Continue in browser or the close button to keep using the dashboard. Whichever you choose, the offer doesn’t come back on that device. The landing page and site footer also link to the app stores.

Mailboxes

Browse your mailboxes and edit them — templates, delivery settings, the works. Tap + to open the New mailbox editor: nothing is created until you tap Save, which generates the address when the address field is empty — you can pick the local part (the part before @in.bouncebox.app) yourself. Use Set up with AI at the top of the editor to tell AI, in your own words, what the mailbox should do — it fills in the settings for you, the same as on the dashboard. See Mailboxes. Each mailbox has an Active switch. Turn it off to pause the mailbox: new emails are still stored, but BounceBox skips them without extracting or delivering anything. Turn it back on and new emails are processed normally. Use Send test (available only in test environments) to push a test delivery through the mailbox’s configured outputs and confirm everything is wired up correctly.

Catalog

Manage your SKU catalog from your phone: search, add and edit SKUs in a sheet editor, and run imports — the same upsert-by-SKU import as the dashboard. See SKU Catalog.

Inbox

Review and act on processed email with the same detail view as the dashboard: the status chip, original email source preview, attachments, review issues, and the editable order review form — customer account, per-line corrections, remember-code intents, and source-issue acknowledgments. Approve from the action bar pinned to the bottom. See Inbox. To add files from your phone, tap the upload button in the Inbox header; see Upload documents.

Account housekeeping: check usage, manage billing, rename the workspace, invite teammates, and purge stored raw emails. On Android, billing actions are the same as on the dashboard’s Billing page. On iPhone, you subscribe, change plans, and restore purchases through the App Store. See Manage your subscription.

Signing in

Sign in with the same magic link as the dashboard — enter your email and follow the link we send. On iPhone, “Sign in with Apple” and “Continue with Google” are also on the sign-in screen, and accounts that were created with a password can use Sign in with password. New to BounceBox? Create an account in the app, then pick a plan — on iPhone the plan is an App Store subscription. Links to the dashboard — bouncebox.app/app/… URLs in notification emails, digests, and result replies — open directly in the installed app on iOS (universal links) and Android (App Links) instead of the browser. If the app isn’t installed, the link opens the web dashboard as before. Tapping a push notification opens the relevant screen — for example, a “New mail received” push opens that email’s inbox detail. Links that arrive while you’re signed out take you to sign-in first, then land on the linked screen.
