Complete the onboarding wizard
Five short steps: pick what you’ll send BounceBox (Invoices, Orders, Custom, or Store only), name your mailbox and get its address, choose the details to pull out, choose where results go, and you’re done. On the delivery step, type what you want into Set up with AI — for example, “Email each new order to orders@mycompany.com as soon as it arrives” — and click Fill in settings. You can also tell it the mailbox name, what it handles, or which senders to accept. Check the suggestion, then click Use these settings.

Or skip it for now
Not ready to set up? Click Skip for now at the top of the wizard. You land on the dashboard and can create or finish your mailbox later from Mailboxes. Changes you haven’t saved on the current step are discarded.

Copy your inbound address
Every mailbox gets an address like
inv-7k2f@in.bouncebox.app. Find it on the mailbox page and copy it.5
Forward a real email to it
Forward an actual invoice or order email — with its PDF or spreadsheet attachment — to your inbound address. Auto-forwarding rules from your existing inbox work the same way — see Forward email into BounceBox.

Watch it process in the Inbox
Open Inbox in the dashboard. The email moves through
RECEIVED and PROCESSING until it reaches COMPLETED. This usually takes seconds.7
Inspect the result
Open the email to see the EXTRACTED RESULT panel — the structured JSON BounceBox produced — plus attachment parse statuses and the delivery log showing exactly what was sent where.
