The Inbox lists the newest 100 emails received across your mailboxes. Older messages may not appear. Filter it with the chips at the top: All, Awaiting review, Completed, or Failed.

Reading an email

Click any email to open its detail view. Status chip — where the email is in the pipeline: Attachments — each attachment shows its filename and parse status: ok (parsed), skipped (not usable, e.g. an unsupported type), or failed. EXTRACTED RESULT — the structured JSON BounceBox produced, exactly in the mailbox template’s shape. For invoice emails this includes the confidence score; for order emails it includes line items with matched SKUs.

Correcting SKU matches

On order emails, an extra panel appears: SKU MATCHES — OVERRIDE ANYTHING. Each line item shows the matched SKU with a CONF {n}% badge — green at 80% confidence or higher. If a match is wrong, click Override on that line and pick the correct SKU from your catalog. See SKU Catalog.

Actions

  • Approve & send — appears on AWAITING REVIEW emails; sends the held result to the configured outputs.
  • Redeliver — sends the stored result to the configured outputs again, without re-running extraction.
  • Reprocess — re-runs extraction and delivery from the stored raw email. This counts as a fresh run against your monthly quota. Once the raw email has passed retention, reprocessing is unavailable (“Raw email was not retained”).
