# Mobile app

> Run BounceBox from your phone: mailboxes, catalog, inbox approvals, and account settings.

The BounceBox mobile app puts the day-to-day work in your pocket: approve extractions on the go, pause a mailbox when a supplier goes quiet, and keep an eye on usage. The app has four tabs.

## Mailboxes

Browse your mailboxes and edit them — templates, delivery settings, the works. Each mailbox has a **Receiving** switch. Turn it off to pause the mailbox: new emails are still stored, but BounceBox skips them without extracting or delivering anything. Turn it back on and new emails are processed normally. Use **Send test** (available only in test environments) to push a test delivery through the mailbox's configured outputs and confirm everything is wired up correctly.

## Catalog

Manage your SKU catalog from your phone: add and edit SKUs and run imports — the same upsert-by-SKU import as the dashboard. See [SKU Catalog](/dashboard/sku-catalog).

## Inbox

Review and act on processed email: approve results that are waiting in review and reprocess emails when the upstream document changes. The full inbox experience, sized for a commute. See [Inbox](/dashboard/inbox).

Account housekeeping: check usage, start a checkout or open the customer portal for billing, rename the workspace, invite teammates, and purge stored raw emails. Billing actions here are the same as on the dashboard's Billing page — see [Manage your subscription](/billing/manage-subscription).

Sign in with the same magic link as the dashboard — enter your email and follow the link we send. No separate password to manage.
