# Plans & pricing

> Starter, Pro, and Custom — limits, features, and how the 14-day trial works.

Every plan starts with a **14-day trial**: you add a card at checkout, and the first charge happens on day 14. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. Trials run with **Pro limits** so you can try everything.

Quota is a hard stop on every plan — nothing is metered and there are no overage charges. When the monthly limit is reached, further emails are marked `QUOTA BLOCKED` until the counter resets or you upgrade. See [Usage, limits & quotas](/billing/usage-and-limits).

Invoice-led entry for small teams.
