# Manage your subscription

> Start a trial, change plans, update payment details, download invoices, or cancel.

Everything billing-related lives on the **Billing** page (`/app/billing`).

## Start a trial

On the Billing page, click **Start 14-day trial**. Checkout collects a card — the first charge happens on day 14, and cancelling before then costs nothing. Trials run with Pro limits, so you can evaluate everything: both outputs, review queue, custom schemas, SKU matching.

## Change plans

Pick a different plan on the Billing page and confirm at checkout. Limits apply immediately: emails per month, mailboxes, outputs, templates, and retention all follow your plan.

## Payment details, invoices, cancel

Click **Open portal** to reach the customer portal, where you can:

* update payment details,
* download past invoices,
* cancel your subscription.

Cancellation takes effect at the **end of the current billing period** — you keep your plan's limits until then.

## If a payment fails

A failed payment shows a **PAYMENT FAILED — processing is paused** banner and extraction stops until the issue is resolved. Update your payment method in the portal and processing resumes.
